This Refund/Store Credit Policy is designed for website users and outlines the rules regarding the return and refund of products or services that have been purchased on the website.
J&M have no Refund/Return policy you can choose to exchange the product or return it for store credit.
If the returned items have visible signs of use or do not have tags attached, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Exchanges (if applicable)
We will process your return within 10 days of receiving it and items will be assessed whether or not they are eligible for exchange. If your return products are accepted, you will get the exchange or credit within 14 to 30 days of the return.
If the defect is not determined and fixed within the exchange window, you can exchange for the same model or pay the difference for a different product if the price is higher or if it is lower you can put the balance in store credit.
Cancellation Policy
1. The customer can choose to cancel an online order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for delivery.
2. The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed.
